As a Garment/Fashion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and developing uniforms tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will combine your creative flair with technical expertise to create visually appealing and functional garments that align with our brand ethos and client requirements.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the design and product development teams to understand client specifications and design requirements for uniform collections.
Research current fashion trends, fabric technologies, and industry innovations to incorporate into uniform designs.
Develop sketches, mood boards, and design concepts that reflect the brand identity and meet client expectations.
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for garment construction, ensuring accuracy and feasibility for production.
Source and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials for the creation of prototypes and final products.
Oversee the fitting and testing of prototypes to ensure proper fit, comfort, and functionality.
Work closely with production teams to provide guidance and support during the manufacturing process, ensuring designs are executed accurately.
Maintain a keen awareness of market trends, competitor products, and emerging design techniques to continually enhance uniform offerings.
