Exchange Policy

  • We Do Not Accept Returns and we only provide exchanges.

  • Please take a closer look at our Size Chart as measurements of our garments are provided.

  • An exchange can be made only once and not multiple times.

  • For a Size Exchange the customer needs to notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and notifying us beyond this period will disqualify the order for exchange.

  • The courier charges to us and return courier charges by us during an exchange will be borne by the customer on actuals. (Two-way courier Charges)

  • We do not provide return pick up services so the product for exchange needs to be packed and sent back to us by the customer.

  • If the item sent for exchange is not available, we will provide choices for alternatives.

  • In case of a running offer, it is the client's responsibility to exercise their activity according to the offer guidelines
    Eg: if there is an offer of 1+1 and you the client add only 1 item in your cart and accept the order, we will not be liable to provide the 2nd item.

  • In case of any defects in the product/ products we will require the customer to convey the issue clearly with sufficient evidence within 48 hrs of receiving the product and to return the product via courier and such charges will be borne by the customer (one-way). Once we recieve the product we will initiate an exchange only after making sure that it is a genuine product defect.

  • For International customers, we will not be able to provide exchanges unless there is a defect in the product, due to duties, transaction cost, 3 time shipping costs etc. We would advise you to view and understand the size chart clearly when ordering.
